REAL ESTATE TAX INFORMATION

PAYMENT OF REAL ESTATE TAXES: May be paid in two installments.

First Payment (full or first installment) due on/before January 31 to Waubeek Town Treasurer

Second Payment due on/before July 31 to Pepin County Treasurer


PAYMENT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES: MUST be paid in FULL to Waubeek Town Treasurer by January 31

RECEIPTS WILL BE SENT FOR ALL TAX PAYMENTS MADE BY MAIL. Make checks payable to: TOWN OF WAUBEEK. Mail to Bernadette Grochowski, Treasurer --- W7099 County Road D, Arkansaw, WI 54721

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Payments for Property taxes and Personal Property Taxes can be made by credit/debit card or electronic check.

  • 2.39% service charge fees will be added to credit/debit card usage and $1.50 for electronic check.

  • Also, payment can be mailed to:

PAYMENT OF DOG TAXES: Must be paid to Waubeek Town Treasurer by January 31.

A copy of CERTIFICATE OF RABIES VACCINATION obtained from a veterinarian is required.  

No license will be issued without this.
